1. No Return & No Refund Policy (Cosmetic Products)
Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and personal care products, Adamclick follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy once the order has been delivered.
Cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons of:
- Hygiene and safety
- Personal usage nature
- Regulatory compliance
Once a product is opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be resold or returned.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Product
We will consider replacement only in the following cases:
- Product received is physically damaged
- Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- Product received is expired at the time of delivery
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video and clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice are mandatory
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
If approved, we will provide:
- Replacement of the same product, subject to availability
- (No cash refund will be issued)
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Damage caused due to misuse or negligence
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color, texture, fragrance, or skin reaction issues
- Free gifts or promotional items
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
- Order is cancelled by Adamclick before dispatch
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Adamclick reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances
