RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
As a reputed marketplace for online shopping, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between buyers and sellers. We want you to love the products purchased through us, but please let us know if you find something out of order in the delivered product.
As a buyer, you reserve the right to return or exchange the product for different styles, colors, or sizes or place an order for an entirely new product. The paid amount will be returned back within the stipulated time period if the customer wishes his money back. In an unlikely event, when a product is received in defective or damaged condition, or if the product delivered is completely different from the ordered one- the buyer may choose to return or exchange the product.
Things to remember before making claims for Return and exchange
The product must not be used in any way and returned in the same condition as delivered in its original packaging along with original tags. The products can be exchanged within 10 calendar days from the day the order is received from the seller or seller’s representative. Also, it is not necessary to state the reason for making the exchange within the given time period. Further, the buyer will be required to submit a copy of the purchase to ensure a smooth return procedure, and fill in the request form to proceed with the exchange of products.
One must also need to understand that there are specific items that cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The buyer must provide detailed information on any detected defect to the seller in order to get the product returned within 10 calendar days. 
  • You can also exchange products in different styles, colors, or tastes as long as the exchange time is not expired.
  • Make sure to carry the invoice copy along with the unused product.
  • In case of an exchange, if the amount of your newly selected product exceeds the amount of the originally purchased item, then you may have to pay the additional amount.
  • We only allow exchanges if the product is unused and the reason for exchange or return is valid

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to IPC law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
